Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa. Do you feel out of control with your eating habits or feel like you have no self control around certain foods?  We have the tools to bring you back into balance.

If you're not sleeping well, or you're frustrated at chronic or acute pain, you're probably not hitting your fitness goals.  Thankfully, cannabis can be the solution to falling asleep faster, staying asleep, and living a pain free life in conjunction with appropriate movement and nutrition.  Additionally, the right type of cannabis can boost your energy giving you motivation to get back on track.  It's all about knowing the right type of cannabis for your unique needs,  This is where I can help you select the right product and make sure you're implementing it with success.

Used to workout but can't find the time or motivation anymore? Have you eaten healthy in the past but can't make yourself choose healthy foods?  Oftentimes it's more than "Just Do It", we have underlying reasons for avoiding healthy habits even when we know they are good for us.  We look at causes such as emotional eating, stress and self sabatoge.
